The following is important for us to know prior to quoting your project. We also need you to have an understanding of how we work.

Building plans are important to begin your project. Have you had them drawn up?

This is important for us o know what amounts of materials will be needed.

Consulting with a structural engineer is advised.

We require one point of contact for our contracts. We do not entertain multiple opinions on the contract work. Final decisions are to be made prior to project commencing, this ensures smooth communication channels. 

We require a 75% deposit Prior to project commencing.
